• Support communications: If you contact us by email, Discord, or other channels, we may collect the content of your messages and any additional information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information from Connected Accounts (YouTube & Other Integrations)

When you choose to connect third-party services (for example, your YouTube channel), we may access certain information from those accounts so that Shion can provide analytics and coaching.

This may include, depending on permissions you grant:

• Channel-level data (e.g., channel ID, title, basic metadata);
• Analytics metrics (e.g., views, watch time, subscribers, top videos, audience metrics) from YouTube Analytics;
• Video-level metrics (e.g., performance for specific videos over time).

We use this data to generate summaries, insights, and recommendations about your content performance and strategy.

1.3 Usage Data & Log Information

We may automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Service, such as:

• Device and browser information (e.g., type, version, operating system);
• IP address and general location (at a city/region level);
• Access times, pages viewed, and the path you take through the Platform;
• Error logs and diagnostics to help us monitor and improve performance and security.

1.4 Payment Information

If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number or bank details. We may receive limited information related to the transaction, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address, to help us manage billing, receipts, and customer support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Generate AI-powered responses, summaries, and recommendations from Shion;
• Connect with and interpret YouTube analytics and other third-party data you have authorized;
• Personalize your experience (for example, remembering past conversations or preferences where technically supported);
• Monitor usage, debug issues, and improve the Service's performance and reliability;
• Develop new features, tools, and content related to the Service and Your Streaming Senpai;
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, billing, or support;
• Protect against, investigate, and deter fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. YouTube & Google API Services

Shion Creator Console uses YouTube API Services and other Google APIs to access certain data from your YouTube account when you choose to connect it.

By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize us to access and process YouTube data as permitted by the scopes you approve. We use this data only to provide features such as:

• Showing you analytics summaries and insights inside the console;
• Powering Shion's responses about your channel's performance and strategy;
• Helping you understand what content performs best and plan future videos or streams.

We do not sell your YouTube data. We only share it with service providers as needed to power the Service (for example, hosting and processing providers) and always in line with this Privacy Policy.

Your use of YouTube is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Account settings (under "Security" > "Third-party access" or similar area).

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Model Providers

To generate Shion's responses, we may use a combination of locally hosted models and third-party AI model providers (for example, cloud-based large language models).

When you interact with Shion, your prompts, messages, and relevant context (which may include YouTube analytics summaries or other data you've connected) may be sent to these AI providers so they can generate responses. These providers process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Where possible, we take steps to reduce personally identifiable information in what we send and to limit data to what is necessary to provide the requested response or feature.

We may also use de-identified or aggregated data from your interactions to help improve Shion's behavior, performance, and reliability over time.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (If Applicable)

Depending on your location, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process your information:

• Contract: Processing is necessary to provide the Service you request under our Terms of Service.
